• The NTA has started the registration procedure of the applicants for the scholarship programme on the NTA’s website by 10th August 2023 under the YASASVI Scheme.
  एनटीए ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर यशस्वी योजना छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है, जो 10 अगस्त 2023 तक चलेगी। 

• The passing of The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2023, marks a significant step towards unlocking India's mineral resources for private sector exploration and mining.
  खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) संशोधन विधेयक, 2023 का पारित होना, निजी क्षेत्र की खोज और खनन के लिए भारत के खनिज संसाधनों को खोलने में एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर है। 

• There are total nine Nobel Prize winners from India from 1913 to 2023. The first Indian to win this prestigious award was Rabindranath Tagore in 1913 in the field of Literature.

• Microsoft has appointed Puneet Chandok as the new Corporate Vice President of Microsoft India and South Asia, effective from September 1, 2023.
  पुनीत चंडोक को 1 सितंबर, 2023 से माइक्रोसॉफ्ट भारत और दक्षिण एशिया के नए कॉर्पोरेट उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है।

• The Taiwanese parliament has passed a bill that amends the country's sexual harassment laws. The new law expands the definition of sexual harassment to include online and workplace harassment, and it increases the penalties for offenders.
  ताइवान की संसद ने हाल ही में देश के यौन उत्पीड़न कानूनों में संशोधन करने वाला एक विधेयक पारित किया है। यह व्यापक कानून अब ऑनलाइन और कार्यस्थल उत्पीड़न को कवर करता है, साथ ही अपराधियों के लिए दंड भी बढ़ा दिया गया है।

• TechEquity is a term used to describe the lack of diversity in the tech industry. TechEquity advocates argue that the tech industry is not representative of the population as a whole, and that this lack of diversity has a negative impact on the industry.

• In China's capital, Beijing, an unprecedented and historic flood caused by the highest rainfall in 140 years devastates the region.
