• The Handball Association of India (HAI) has been recognized as a National Sports Federation (NSF) by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
  केंद्रीय युवा मामले और खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा हैंडबॉल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (HAI) को राष्ट्रीय खेल महासंघ (NSF) के रूप में मान्यता दी गई है।

• Aditya Samant has achieved the title of India's 83rd Grandmaster by earning his third GM norm at the Biel International Chess Festival.
  आदित्य सामंत ने बील अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शतरंज महोत्सव में अपना तीसरा जीएम नॉर्म अर्जित करके भारत के 83वें ग्रैंडमास्टर का खिताब हासिल किया है।

• Mumbai’s Byculla Railway Station has been awarded UNESCO’s Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Award in recognition of its cultural significance. The award was declared in November 2022.

• The World Bank has granted official approval for the Bank of Israel to become a member of the International Committee on Credit Reporting (ICCR), a global body focused on credit reporting.
