• British actor David McCallum who played a secret agent in the 1960s spy drama 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' has died at the age of 90.

• Asian Games 2023, India wins gold after 41 years in Horse Riding. The Indian equestrian team, consisting of Anush Agarwal, Hriday Vipul Kheda, Sudipati Hazel, and Divyakriti Singh, achieved this victory with a stellar score of 209.205.
  एशियाई खेल 2023, घुड़सवारी में भारत ने 41 साल बाद जीता गोल्ड। अनुष अग्रवाल, हृदय विपुल खेड़ा, सुदिपति हेज़ल और दिव्यकृति सिंह की भारतीय घुड़सवारी टीम ने 209.205 के शानदार स्कोर के साथ यह जीत हासिल की।

• Amidst ongoing export restrictions, India authorizes the shipment of 75,000 tons of non-basmati white rice to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) via the National Cooperatives Exports, Limited.
  जारी निर्यात प्रतिबंधों के बीच, भारत नेशनल कोऑपरेटिव्स एक्सपोर्ट्स लिमिटेड के माध्यम से संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) को 75,000 टन गैर-बासमती सफेद चावल के शिपमेंट को अधिकृत करता है।

• The United States has expressed concerns regarding the planned visit of a Chinese research vessel to Sri Lanka in October. The Chinese vessel, named Shi Yan 6, is set to undertake scientific research projects during an 80-day operation in the Indian Ocean, with 13 research teams on board.
