• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) imposes monetary penalties on Dhanlaxmi Bank (Rs 1.20 Cr), Punjab and Sind Bank (Rs 1 Cr), and ESAF Small Finance Bank (Rs 29.55 Lakh).
  भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने धनलक्ष्मी बैंक (1.20 करोड़ रुपये), पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक (1 करोड़ रुपये) और ESAF स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक (29.55 लाख रुपये) पर मौद्रिक जुर्माना लगाया। 

• India experienced a substantial drop in outward Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), hitting $2.25 billion in December 2023, down from over $4.12 billion in December 2022.
