• India made history on October 7, 2023, by winning its 100th medal at the Asian Games for the first time ever.
  भारत ने 7 अक्टूबर, 2023 को पहली बार एशियाई खेलों में अपना 100वां पदक जीतकर इतिहास रचा।

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country's first high-tech sports training centre for Divyangjan, named after former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
  प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मध्य प्रदेश के ग्वालियर में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के नाम पर दिव्यांगजनों के लिए देश के पहले हाई-टेक खेल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया।

• The General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) made a significant announcement regarding the appointment of its new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Ramaswamy N.
  जनरल इंश्योरेंस कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (जीआईसी आरई) ने अपने नए अध्यक्ष और प्रबंध निदेशक (सीएमडी), रामास्वामी एन की नियुक्ति के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा की।

• Veteran Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader and former legislator 'Anathalavattom Anandan' passed away after battling a prolonged illness.
  भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व विधायक 'अनाथलावट्टोम आनंदन' का लंबी बीमारी से जूझने के बाद निधन हो गया।

• Russia's Burevestnik missile, known as "Skyfall" by NATO, is a ground-launched, low-flying cruise missile with nuclear propulsion.
  रूस की ब्यूरवेस्टनिक मिसाइल, जिसे नाटो द्वारा "स्काईफॉल" के नाम से जाना जाता है, परमाणु प्रणोदन के साथ जमीन से लॉन्च की जाने वाली, कम उड़ान वाली क्रूज मिसाइल है। 

• Bangladesh has received its inaugural uranium shipment from Russia to fuel the Rooppur nuclear power plant. The project aims to provide 2,400 MW of electricity for the nation's growth.
  बांग्लादेश को रूपपुर परमाणु ऊर्जा संयंत्र को ईंधन देने के लिए रूस से यूरेनियम की पहली खेप प्राप्त हुई है। इस परियोजना का लक्ष्य देश के विकास के लिए 2,400 मेगावाट बिजली उपलब्ध कराना है।

• The Eurozone economy likely contracted in Q3 due to a sharp decline in demand. Consumer spending reduced as borrowing costs and prices rose.
  मांग में भारी गिरावट के कारण तीसरी तिमाही में यूरोज़ोन की अर्थव्यवस्था में गिरावट की संभावना है। उधार लेने की लागत और कीमतें बढ़ने से उपभोक्ता खर्च कम हो गया। 

• American Simone Biles has become the most decorated gymnast in history after winning her second gold medal at the World Gymnastics Championships.
