• The Indian government's stake sale in state-run companies for 2023/24 reached $1.98 billion, 9% below the target, influenced by impending elections and a departure from setting targets.

• Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill that prohibits minors under 14 from having social media accounts. The law requires parental permission for 14- and 15-year-olds to create accounts on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others.
  फ्लोरिडा के गवर्नर रॉन डेसेंटिस ने एक विधेयक पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं जो 14 साल से कम उम्र के नाबालिगों को सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट रखने से रोकता है। कानून के अनुसार 14 और 15 साल के बच्चों को मेटा, टिकटॉक और अन्य प्लेटफॉर्म पर अकाउंट बनाने के लिए माता-पिता की अनुमति की आवश्यकता होती है।

• 44 years old star Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna along with his Australian partner Matthew Ebden won the 2024 Miami Open Tennis men’s doubles title at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida ,United States of America on 31 March 2024.

• The Indian Navy on 29 March 2024  rescued an  Iranian fishing vessel Al Kambar’ and its crew of 23 Pakistani nationals, in the Indian ocean which was hijacked by armed pirates under its Operation Sankalp.
  भारतीय नौसेना ने 29 मार्च 2024 को हिंद महासागर में एक ईरानी मछली पकड़ने वाले जहाज अल कंबर और उसके 23 पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों के चालक दल को बचाया, जिसे उसके ऑपरेशन संकल्प के तहत सशस्त्र समुद्री डाकुओं द्वारा अपहरण कर लिया गया था।

• The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) has been monitoring North Korea’s compliance with sanctions imposed due to its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs.

• Government of India has estimated that over 5,000 Indians are trapped in Cambodia, allegedly being held against their will, and forced to carry out cyber frauds targeting people back home.
