Admissions to JNU’s undergraduate programs in 2025 will be conducted through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG). The university accepts CUET scores for UG courses such as .A.B.A. (Hons), B.Sc, Integrated, and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programs.
In addition to obtaining a CUET result, candidates must register on the JNU admission counselling portal once it opens. For the academic year 2025-26, admission to B.A. (Hons.) in Foreign Languages, B.Sc & M.Sc. Integrated Program in Ayurveda Biology and Certificate of Proficiency programs at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will be conducted through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025.
Students with a valid CUET 2025 scorecard can apply for JNU UG admissions. The final selection will be based on CUET merit, making it a mandatory step for admission. Along with CUET registration, candidates must complete registration on the JNU counselling portal to participate in the UG admission process.
Until 2021, JNU conducted its admissions through the JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE). However, in 2022, CUET replaced JNUEE as the unified entrance test for UG admissions.
